Hall of Fame

  • The Prowler Hall of Fame Committee has announced that Yvonne Asp-Grahn, Duane Glass and the 1954 State Champion Boys Hockey Team will be inducted into the Prowler Hall of Fame on Saturday September 22nd during the homecoming weekend festivities in Thief River Falls.


    Yvonne is a 2000 graduate of LHS and an adjunct professor in the English Department at the University of St. Thomas.  She is a 1999 State Speech Champion in Poetry.

    Duane Glass is a 1956 graduate of LHS. He was a pivotal player (All-State Member), on the 1956 State Champion Boys Hockey Team.


    1954 State Champion Boys Hockey Team.  First State Championship for Thief River Falls.  Beating Eveleth 4-1 in the championship game.  13 officials members are:  Jack Hoppe, Loren Vraa, Lyle Guttu, Robert Helgeland, Joe Poole, Darryl Durgin, Marvin Jorde, Mike McMahon, Rodney Collins, Jack Quesnell, James Zavoral, Lester Sabo, Bradley Teal, student manager Neil Aase and Head Coach Dennis Rolle.

    The Hall of Fame ceremonies are being conducted during Homecoming week to reinforce the connections alumni and friends have to Lincoln High School and Thief River Falls.  According to the committee, the day will start with an all-school assembly at Lincoln High School, followed by a radio interview on Open Line at 10:45 with KTRF.  The pep-fest will start at 2:00pm, and the football game at 6:00pm.  The inductees will be recognized during the game and an induction banquet will take place at noon on Saturday at Lincoln High School.  The pubic is invited to attend.

Class of 2018 Inductees
