The LHS strength training program is a comprehensive, researched and systematic approach that addresses all of the vital components in achieving optimal athletic performance as well as enhancing lifetime fitness. This program is designed with one purpose in mind; to help you become a better athlete and to meet your optimal fitness goals. Note: Your optimal fitness goals are strength, cardiovascular & muscular endurance, and flexibility. If you participate in our program you will develop better strength, cardiovascular & muscular endurance, and flexibility.
Our program will allow you to play at a higher level more consistently and will help prevent injuries. The design of our program is not revolutionary, rather based on basic, sound scientific principles of strength training.
Dedication and Intensity are necessary in our workouts to produce desired results. To get the full benefit you cannot sacrifice intensity or effort in any exercise. The other essential part of our program is the need to perform each and every exercise to perfection.
Our program is not designed to spend excessive hours in the weight room. If done effectively, all workouts will be completed in one hour or less.
